The system is suitable for pure-component and high recovery-value solvent. Rotor concentrator adsorbs VOCs, and then the organics are desorbed. After desorption, it condenses vapors into liquid which will be recycle and use.
Exhaust streams are drawn by the fan and sent to the rotor concentrator unit. When the concentrator unit rotates to the desorption zone, the heat exchanger will provide heat that is desorbed VOCs in high-temperature. Then the stream will be drawn to the condenser and processed. After condensation, the liquid will be stored in the tank for further application. The rest of gases will recycle to the rotor concentrator inlet to undergo the process.
